Customization for a One-of-a-Kind ADU

As ADU projects in California become more popular, we understand the importance of adding your personal touch to the space. Luckily, we’ve included several customization options to make your future ADU exactly what you have in mind.

With these plans, you can convert your unit into a two-story duplex, add a balcony, or scale down its footprint to fit tighter lots. And, we’ll continue adding more of these customization options in the future.

Our pre-approved California ADU plans were created with the flexibility to be customized to your project needs and lot size. We develop our designs by carefully considering and detailing each and every section of a home.

An Efficient + Streamlined Process

By using our pre-approved ADU plans in California, the process of building an ADU is more efficient than ever. Your project will be designed, permitted, and completed roughly three to four months faster than it would be for a typical ADU.

Because these plans are pre-approved, there will be less of a chance for delay or unexpected cost in the future. The designs incorporate specific codes and regulations, and are designed to fit lots as narrow as 25’ wide. Once we shape the plan to your lot size and incorporate any additional customization, we will draft the final floor plans and submit them for permitting.
