Boundary Development

We're thrilled to announce our latest in-progress project, the Boundary Development!

This project is a multi-unit development on an infill lot in San Diego that showcases our unique approach to sustainable design and innovative architectural solutions.

At the heart of the Boundary Development are 4 units, including a remodel of an existing duplex, a garage conversion to an ADU, and a detached ADU. One of the standout features of this project is a 700sf 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom ADU in a backyard canyon. This unique space will feature a vegetative roof, adding to the already stunning natural surroundings.

Our team is working closely with the client to bring their vision to life while ensuring the development meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability. We can't wait to see the final result and share it with you!
