This project is a renovation of a historic home in Riverside, California. The scope of work includes an interior renovation of a 1920s craftsman home for a young family. The design features elements of modernism with respect to the historic nature of the original home. We are also proposing a 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom detached ADU which will help offset the mortgage + allow our clients to grow into the property.
