This is our biggest project to date - It's a 6-unit multifamily apartment building that boasts stunning views of downtown San Diego and is currently undergoing a remodel to increase the unit count to 8-10 units. The steep slope and tight lot conditions of the site make this project a challenging design opportunity for our team.
The current design features an open ornamental stair and a modern form-follows-function aesthetic. Our team has utilized 3D rendering technology to bring the design to life and provide an interactive virtual representation of the proposed design. This allows us to explore different design ideas quickly and accurately and provides our clients with a realistic view of the project.
