Definitely the design phase. They are thorough. They're always easy to communicate with. It was really awesome. I'd never done anything like that before and Sean held my hand and took me through the whole process. We had great meetings great back and forth. The first design that came out wasn't the final design, so it was awesome to play a role in that and have.
Sean helped me along the way when they're going through, and they are, even in the pre-planning stages before they've designed anything, they've done so much research and that helps because when the client and the architect and I are sitting in a room, it seems that every person that's on their team is really on a team.
They're all there helping each other out. So a lot of architects, they get their design finished, they get permitted, and then they move on. Working with Sean and his entire team, we love working with them because they're always easy to communicate with. We get direct responses about our questions and our requests for information, and then they're just very hands-on through the whole project.
Once they give us their drawings we have a good understanding of how they design. So we just simply try to meet that design and the client's requirements as closely as we can.
