Clearly Visualize Your Renovation with Realistic 3D Models & Renderings

Our design process incorporates more than just concept sketches and discussions. We produce realistic architectural renderings of your proposed renovation project, providing you with a tangible understanding of how the spaces will function and interact.

Through the use of advanced software, we craft high-quality images that depict the proposed materials, textures, colors, and lighting conditions, offering an immersive experience that can significantly aid decision-making.

We also understand the value of examining a model in three dimensions. This is why we also utilize our in-office 3D printer to create intricate physical architectural models when required.

By combining digital renderings and physical models, we ensure that you have a crystal clear, comprehensive, and accurate picture of the final design before construction begins.

Streamlined Permitting for a Smooth Renovation Experience

Upon completion of the design process, we transition your project into the permitting phase, a critical step handled by our in-house permitting expert.

Our permitting expert used to work at the DSD and is familiar with the unique requirements of the City of San Diego and other county municipalities. They will coordinate the submission of all necessary documentation on your behalf. They also liaise with local authorities, responding to any questions to accelerate approval times and prevent delays.

As they navigate this process, they ensure open communication with you, keeping you apprised of all developments. This diligent approach allows us to keep your project on track and you in the loop, smoothly guiding your vision from design to construction.
